The fully-fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster.

There is a separate Dining area with dining table and four chairs (highchair also available).

The large Lounge has comfortable seating for four, colour TV with Freeview box, video recorder, DVD player, radio/CD player.

Double Bedroom with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, plus an en-suite Shower Room with electric shower unit in an 800 mm cubicle, hand basin, w.c., mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater.

Birch Cottage has its own entrance leading onto a gravelled Parking area big enough for three cars.
In front of the cottage is a large garden with an orchard at the far end, and to the side of the cottage is a small enclosed garden with barbeque and garden furniture.

The prices per week range from £250 to £725, with Short Breaks starting at £160.
What you see is what you pay - there are no hidden extras in the prices. Electricity and water charges are included, and all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper, cleaning and washing-up materials are provided at no extra cost. Also included on request are cot, highchair and stair-gate. All you will need to bring with you are towels and cot bedding (if applicable).
